Steve Vai - Founder With career sales of over 15 million records, 10 Grammy nominations, and 2 Grammy® wins, Steve Vai is one of the most accomplished musicians of his generation. Through his early tenures with Frank Zappa, David Lee Roth, and his own string of gold and platinum solo records, Vai carved a unique playing style that has raised the bar on guitar virtuosity. It is not commercial success, however, that most interests Steve Vai. Using music as a microscope, Vai mines the human spirit for the truth and beauty that allow a musician to realize their greatest potential. He hopes that through Make a Noise, musicians will be able to pursue their gifts without sacrifice. Vai, whose father sold his life insurance policy for his son to attend Berklee School of Music in Boston, looks to explore and promote all kinds of musical endeavors. "Music has too often been considered a luxury" says Vai. I hope that Make A Noise will bring music into the lives of those that otherwise might not be able to afford it. www.vai.com Ruta Sepetys - Director Ruta Sepetys devotes herself to creating and implementing artist development and growth strategies for her clients.
